Job Description
The ICT Manager leads the ICT Department in the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust web, mobile, and digital solutions while ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology infrastructure for the organization and its clients.
Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile systems

Manage network infrastructure, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity

Oversee technical support and system maintenance for internal and external users

Plan and execute digital transformation initiatives

Supervise ICT team members and coordinate with external developers

Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols

Research and recommend emerging technologies
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant ICT experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of Laravel, React, Flutter, cloud services, and cybersecurity

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills

Leadership and team management experience
