We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team at Sikale Wood. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, providing technical support, managing networks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
Deliver technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Monitor and maintain network performance and security
Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
Perform system updates, backups, and data recovery when necessary
Maintain IT documentation and inventory records
Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems
Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure in a manufacturing setting
Provide timely resolution to technical issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their technology needs
